What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel. Assist visitors, staff, and students as needed, providing directions and information relevant to the location. Maintain detailed and accurate reports of patrol activities, incidents, and observations. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and onsite contacts to address security-related concerns and support the overall security plan at the location. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
