  • Manage multifamily construction projects from pre-construction to project closeout.

\n

  • Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

    • \n

  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accuracy.

    • \n

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project alignment.

    • \n

  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and building codes.

    • \n

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

    • \n

  • Identify and resolve any project challenges to minimize delays.

    • \n

  • Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for each project phase.

    • \n \n

    A successful Multifamily Project Manager should have : \n

  • Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.

    • \n

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    • \n

  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.

    • \n

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

    • \n

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

    • \n \n
