- Bethany is seeking an RN Hospice Case Manager to join our team. The RN makes visits to our patients in the local community, manages the hospice plan of care and maintains compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of nursing experience, be compassionate, work well in a team setting and have a strong desire for excellent care. If this is you, we want to talk! Full time with benefits for a 30 hour per week minimum.
Requirements :
RN License in PAAt least one year of nursing experience, hospice experience is a plusVehicle, drivers license and car insuranceUnderstanding of hospice philosophy and needs of the terminally ill (we can help you with this one!)Compliance with accepted professional standards and practicesAbility to work in an interdisciplinary settingSatisfactory references from employers and / or professional peersSatisfactory criminal background checkPresentation of negative TB test or CXR as required by state lawDemonstrate good nursing judgement and excellent observation and communication skillsAbility to provide good written documentation in a timely mannerSelf-directed with the ability to work with little supervisionFlexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligationsDesire to be part of the best hospice team in western PennsylvaniaThe benefitsWe take care of our staff with excellent benefits :
