Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Oversee that managers' responsibilities are accomplished daily
• Problem-solving skills are a must
• Maintain equipment and set up preventative maintenance
• Ensure the culture and work atmosphere are always a representation of Chick-fil-A standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Create and implement a structure with systems and processes
• Daily / Weekly planning
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of supervising experience in a restaurant setting

Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality

Team management experience, demonstrating effective leadership

Proficiency in food service management and kitchen operations

Knowledge of inventory control and POS systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : Starting at $60,000k per year (based on experience)

Expected hours : 40 – 45 per week
