Who is considered a U.S. Person? A U.S. citizen, a U.S. national, a lawful permanent resident, a protected refugee or asylee, or you must be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Learn more about the ITAR here .

Who is a U.S. Citizen? A person born or naturalized in the United States.
