Program Integrator

Belay Technologies has been voted Baltimore Business Journal's (BBJ) Best Places to Work 2019, runner up in 2020 and a finalist in 2021!   Belay Technologies is seeking a Program Integrator (PI1) to join our intel team. The Program Integrator shall assist PEO leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs through the monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and / or a portfolio.

Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.

Candidates should have the following qualifications :

• TS / SCI Clearance with polygraph Four (4) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and / or financial management, and a Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of seven (7) years may be substituted.

In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of nine (9) years may be substituted.   Candidates are desired to have the following skills :
