📅 Opportunity Highlights

📍 Location : Fort Collins, CO

💰 Pay : $260 / hr (negotiable)

🗓️ Schedule : Weekend call (Fri 7 AM – Mon 7 AM)

Up to 2 weekends per month

🏥 Setting : 75% Office / Clinic | 25% Hospital

💻 EMR : Epic (clinic + hospital)

👨‍⚕️ Patients : 95% adult | ~5% pediatric

🛠️ Your Scope of Practice

General ENT – surgical & non-surgical

Endoscopic procedures : septal, sinus, flexible bronchoscopy, laryngoscopy

Tracheotomy & post-op management (sinus, otologic, endocrine, head & neck)

Minimal pediatrics (~5%)

💫 Preferred (not required) : Facial reconstruction

👥 Support Team

1 MD, 1 APP + full RN / MA / front desk support

3 exam rooms + 1 surgical coordinator on site

On-call : primarily consultative via phone 📞

Board Certified / Eligible (within 2 years) in Otolaryngology

BLS & ACLS certified
