Multi-disciplinary litigation firm based in Midtown Manhattan, with a focus on criminal, immigration, and matrimonial / family law.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct legal research and draft legal briefs, pendente lite applications, and memoranda related to trial and pre-trial issues
• Prepare and appear in court to persuasively advocate for clients at pre-trial conferences, preliminary conferences, status conferences, hearings, trials, and compliance conferences
• Manage all aspects of pre-trial discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery demands, taking and defending depositions
• Prepare exhibits for court and opposing counsel, interview witnesses, prepare clients for direct and cross-examinations, and draft statements of proposed disposition and pretrial memoranda.
