As a Security Officer Unarmed Retail Mall Patrol Full-Time in Sherman Oaks, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic retail and mall location. Your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service will create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling both on foot and by vehicle as needed. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
