We're seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical design and manufacturing of our next- digital stethoscopes. You'll own the complete mechanical development lifecycle, from concept through mass production, working at the intersection of consumer electronics, medical devices, and advanced acoustics.
This role demands world-class mechanical engineering skills paired with curiosity and competence across multiple disciplines, including electronics, acoustics, manufacturing processes, and data analysis. While you'll be the mechanical expert on our team, you'll also need to speak the of our AI, firmware, and clinical teams to create products that meet both rigorous medical standards and consumer expectations.
We're looking for someone who thrives on variety, equally comfortable sketching initial concepts, building rapid prototypes in the lab, optimizing designs for manufacturability, and ensuring compliance with FDA requirements. You'll need to seamlessly shift between the methodical precision required for medical device development and the creative problem-solving of a fast-moving startup environment. This is a rare opportunity to apply deep mechanical expertise across an unusually broad range of challenges while building products that directly impact patient care.
