East Hills Shopping Center is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the General Manager to help with marketing operations, functions, and activities. The ideal candidate will be friendly, responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player with a can-do attitude.
Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Responsible for visiting Center stores and identifying key promotions and products to feature on social media.
- Responsible for photographing promotions and products in-store as well as special events directed by the General Manager.
- Coordinate with tenants for offers and opportunities for promotion.
- Assist with creation of engaging social media content.
- Assist the General Manager with the Center's tourism programs which include, but not limited to, hotels, tour operators and trade shows. Assist the General Manager by providing material to hotels, concierge staff, and tour operators including sales kits, brochures, and coupon book vouchers. Maintain current information for sales kits.
- Maintain all files as requested by the General Manager. Specifically ensuring that all marketing event files contain the appropriate agreements and insurance requirements.
- Responsible for marketing archives and documentation.
- Monitor the inventory and coordinate the distribution of property directories and other collateral material.
- Assist the General Manager in special event preparation.
- Perform special projects or other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications / Requirements :
