Job description???? About Us ???? About the Role ???? What You’ll Be Doing Be the first friendly voice our clients hear, answering phones and helping route tickets like a pro. Work directly with our technical wizards (a.k.a. techs) to make sure requests are prioritized, scheduled, and completed on time. Keep tabs on multiple projects and tickets at once... because you can absolutely walk, talk, and juggle flaming torches at the same time. Monitor service boards and dispatch tickets like an air traffic controller (but with fewer blinking lights). Anticipate roadblocks before they appear, basically, see around corners like a time-traveling problem-solver. Keep communication flowing between clients, techs, and anyone else who needs to stay in the loop. Help maintain order in the land of fast-paced tech chaos and maybe crack a joke or two while you’re at it. A love for people, genuinely enjoy talking to clients and helping solve problems. Comfort in a fast-paced , ever-moving environment (if you get bored easily, you’ll love it here). Impeccable organizational skills, color-coded spreadsheets optional but encouraged. The ability to handle multiple priorities without losing your cool (or your coffee). A proactive mindset, you don’t just react; you anticipate .
