Job Description :
Your duties will include providing ongoing human resources support to DHHS managers and supervisors, and perform a broad range of Human Resources functions in the areas of Workers' Compensation, OSHA reporting, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations, Family and Medical Leave (FML) administration, employee grievances and personnel investigations. An important component of this work is the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of DHHS managers, supervisors, and employees. The ability to multi-task, prioritize work effectively, work collaboratively with customers and team members and communicate effectively are essential to be successful in this position.
Minimum Qualifications :
To qualify, you must have demonstrated education and / or experience in human resources or a related field.
Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated skills and experience in successfully providing a broad range of human resources-related support to managers and supervisors and the ability to effectively prioritize and accomplish duties in a fast-paced work setting while providing exceptional customer service.
