What We’re Looking For :
Chairside excellence : Experience assisting with restorative and cosmetic procedures preferred.Strong organizational skills : Ability to anticipate, plan, and keep the day running smoothly.Emotional intelligence : A calm, confident, and caring presence for patients.Attention to detail : Pride in clinical precision and patient comfort.Exceptional communication skills : Confident and articulate when dealing with patients.Reliability and integrity : You show up, follow through, and take initiative.Adaptability : Comfortable learning new technologies and protocols.Prior experience in a private dental setting is a plus, especially with complex care, but we’re open to a highly capable candidate who shares our values and commitment to excellence. Minimum requirements are Virginia X-ray certification and 1 year dental assisting experience.
