About the Role

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Head of Growth to spearhead our B2B capability development in the enterprise agility sector. This pivotal role is designed for a visionary leader who will focus on business development, drive enterprise segment growth, and enhance our channel partnerships. You will be at the forefront of identifying and serving both prospective and current enterprise clients, enhancing awareness of our innovative offerings, and building strategic alliances aimed at delivering exceptional learning and training solutions for enterprises embarking on agile transformations.

The Head of Growth will define ambitious growth objectives, formulate effective strategies to achieve them, and collaborate with various internal teams to bring these strategies to fruition.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead business development efforts, focusing on enterprise-level engagement.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement growth initiatives successfully.

Qualifications :

We are seeking candidates with a robust leadership and management background, a strategic mindset, and in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies in enterprise contexts. The ideal candidate must demonstrate outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills along with a proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, while a master’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, business development, or comparable roles, including at least 7 years in a leadership capacity. Experience in learning and development or the EdTech sector, especially within the agile certifications and training industry, is highly desirable.

Proficiency in using CRM software and familiarity with sales and marketing tools is essential for success in this role.
