Salary : $165,000-$194,000

Role summary : This remote leadership role supports the Director of the Space Systems Command's Commercial Space Office Contracting Office (SSC / CMK) by planning, prioritizing, and executing acquisitions across a wide range of products and services. You will oversee a team of ten contracting specialists assisting SSC / CMK contracting officers in procuring commercial services and capabilities, ensuring compliance with government regulations and acquisition best practices to support the missions of the United States Space Force and Department of Defense.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of SSC / CMK by planning, prioritizing, and executing acquisitions across a wide range of products and services.
• Oversee a team of ten contracting specialists assisting SSC / CMK contracting officers in procuring commercial services and capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and acquisition best practices.
• Lead effectively in a fast-paced environment; manage multiple priorities with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
