We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Gonzales, Louisiana. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting strategic business goals. Responsibilities :

• Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including journal entries and account balances.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Utilize Sage Intacct to manage and analyze financial data effectively.
• Develop and implement advanced reporting techniques using data analytics tools, such as Power BI, to enhance decision-making.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering growth and development.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Apply artificial intelligence tools to improve forecasting and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively.
