We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our small, residential detox and rehabilitation center. This role is essential for providing quality patient care and clinical support to individuals undergoing withdrawal and early recovery from substance use.
$32 an hour and the shift will be days, M-F, approximately 7 am to 3 : 30 pm or 8 am to 4 : 30 pm
Key Responsibilities :
Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and basic assessments.
Assist in managing acute withdrawal symptoms under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Director.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all clients in a 24 / 7 setting.
Collaborate with the clinical team (counselors, therapists) to support comprehensive care plans.
Qualifications :
Valid, unrestricted LVN / LPN license in the State of [State].
Current CPR / BLS certification.
Prior experience in a detox, rehabilitation, behavioral health, or acute care setting preferred.
Knowledge of substance use disorders and withdrawal management protocols.
Preferred Experience (A Strong Plus) :
Background experience with RAADT (Residential Admission, Assessment, Discharge, and Transfer)
Background experience with CCAAP (Certified Chemical Abuse Associate Professional) or similar addiction-specific credentials.
