We’re seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to help oversee the financial health of a growing organization. This individual will handle accounting functions such as managing financial records, payroll, budgets, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Record and maintain accurate financial data and reports
- Enter journal entries to debit and credit company accounts
- Manage accounts payable / receivable, client costs, and trust accounts
- Prepare end-of-year tax documents (1099s, W-2s, etc.)
- Process payroll and assist with financial audits as needed
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial statements
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related finance rolesStrong understanding of GAAP and relevant accounting principlesProficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skillsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh School Diploma required; Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
