Are you ready to help revolutionize e-commerce delivery through the power of strategic partner communications and automation? We're seeking a creative and marketing-forward leader to join our Americas DSP Communication Team in Amazon's Last Mile space. We are looking for a seasoned Communications expert to drive our partner engagement strategy, automation systems, and messaging effectiveness. This individual will work to support Hub Delivery, a fast-growing delivery service program that teams up with local businesses to bring Amazon packages to their communities. In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect of our active partner journey, crafting sophisticated workflows and compelling communications that enhance partner satisfaction and drive network growth.
Imagine designing a system where every partner interaction is timely, personalized, and impactful. You'll implement behavioral-triggered communications that respond to real-time engagement signals, while crafting clear, compelling content that resonates with our diverse partner network. From operational updates and product launches to performance communications and program changes, you'll be the strategic force behind our partner messaging strategy. Your day-to-day will be a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll dive deep into data, using partner feedback and behavioral analytics to continually refine our approach and enhance engagement. You'll build and maintain cross-channel communication frameworks, giving us a clear picture of partner interaction patterns and areas for improvement. Additionally, you'll write, edit, and manage a wide range of communications strategies and change management plans, ensuring our voice remains consistent and effective across all channels. You'll be a power user of our communications platforms, leveraging Salesforce and Pardot, along with internal tools like the Hub and Amazon Delivery apps to execute sophisticated partner engagement strategies. You'll develop expertise in utilizing these tools to their full potential, creating seamless communication experiences that drive partner success and engagement.
You'll sit on a team of ~15 communicators who support various other parts of Amazon's Last Mile delivery network namely, within the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program, of which Hub Delivery is intrinsically connected. While you'll wholly own the Hub Delivery communications strategy, you'll benefit from being a part of this team of likeminded communication partners and their center of excellence in processes, tooling, and thought-partnership. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator with strategic communications and / or marketing communications experience, business acumen, and excellent writing ability. You'll thrive in ambiguity, help strategize on plans, and help program manage them from ideation to execution to keep things on track. Our environment is fast-paced and requires a candidate who isn't afraid to innovate and propose disruptive ideas. This role can be based in Nashville, TN or Bellevue, WA.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000 / year in our highest geographic market.
