Sr. Growth Manager For US Physical Locations
Amazon shipping is seeking a strategic and results driven leader to join as a Sr. Growth Manager for US Physical Locations. We are looking for a talented individual who is able to work in an ambiguous environment, manage multiple stakeholders; and lead initiatives to design and deploy physical locations to serve shipping customer needs. This role will be responsible to liaise with key stakeholders across Amazon Shipping Commercial, Product, Tech, and Operations teams and internal partner teams. You will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable working with data, driving complex cross-functional Programs and will have a strong management and analytical skills, and be an effective communicator. As a Sr. Growth Manager, you will own the US execution for growth of the Charter starting with AMZL Direct Injection. You should have proven experience in strategy, large-scale execution, entrepreneurial innovation, working cross functionally with operations and engineering teams, and people leadership in a matrix environment. This role requires comfort in ambiguous situations and maintaining a high bar in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Strong business judgment, ability to influence cross-functional and remotely located teams, a customer-centric and creative mindset and strong analytical skills are also essential. Strong document writing and presentation skills are a must. Candidates should be energized coming into an undefined space and driving clarity.

The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
