As Principal Product Manager, you will architect and drive our digital product strategy across web and mobile platforms, creating exceptional user experiences for our customers. In this key leadership role, you will spearhead the vision and roadmap for our digital ecosystem, leveraging customer insights, data analysis, and user research to deliver innovative solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams through complex product development cycles, from conception to launch, ensuring seamless integration across all digital touchpoints.

The ideal candidate has a strong logistics / supply chain and digital product management background combined with a solid understanding of current technologies. S / he can develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives but also roll up their sleeves, dig in and get the job done. Maturity, strong business judgment, ability to influence cross-functional and remote teams, a customer-centric and creative mindset with strong analytical skills are essential. This opportunity requires excellent product management, prioritization, and communication skills, as well as the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Key job responsibilities :

• Define the digital product vision and roadmap.
• Work directly with customers, stakeholders, UX and engineering to build exceptional products.
• Partner with other teams across Amazon Shipping - Product and Tech to identify and influence development of new products and services.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make tradeoffs to balance business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders in other regions to define requirements that support international use cases.
• Define user stories and product requirements; contribute to the technical design of new product features.
• Drive adoption of features, incorporating continuous feedback for improvements based on user experiences.
• About 10% travel required.

The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
