Key Responsibilities
Address daily support inquiries from clients and team members
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and log the status of bugs and requests

Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a technical and / or customer service role
Understanding of various operating systems and personal electronics
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
College degree or equivalent professional experience / training
