Head Baker

Hi,

Kismet Bagels is looking for a  Overnight  Head Baker join our Production team! Please note, baking / food service experience is required.

The hours are 9pm-5am , and we expect you to work  Wednesday (Tues at 9pm start) to Sunday (Saturday at 9pm start).

First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who is excited about working on a large scale production line. This is a fast-paced environment that is constantly growing and evolving and becoming better than we were the day before.

We pride ourselves on making delicious and high-quality bagels on a large scale, and want people in our crew who take pride in what they do. Each person plays such an important role in making sure we’re putting out the best food possible!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR : Overnight Head Baker

This person will be in charge of our Overnight Bakes - supervising, running ovens, cross checking catering orders, and more. Assessing the condition of the dough at the beginning of the shift, ensuring bagels are boiled and baked properly, working quality control and monitoring the team following procedure are all very important.

WAGES : $50,000 / yr
