Corporate / Commercial Finance / Workout / Restructuring Attorney Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. San Diego office. Immediate opportunity representing financial institutions and lenders in transactional matters including traditional loan and real estate transactions, and in the context of workouts, restructurings, and distressed situations.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions and lenders in transactional matters, including traditional loan and real estate transactions.
• Advise and assist in workouts, restructurings, receiverships, and distressed situations as part of the practice.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $192,000 - $210,000 and up to $40,000 in bonus potential. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
