We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to oversee and manage documentation for building plans.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all documentation processes involved in building plans.
• Schedule surveys and organize project timelines.
• Make necessary travel arrangements.
• Prepare client proposals and contracts.
• Maintain the office's architectural license and manage meeting schedules.
• Organize continuing education programs and special office events.
• Perform various general office duties and maintain requested reports.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Brecksville, OH.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
