Outside Sales Representative - Climate Control

Job Overview

Outside Sales Representative – HVAC & Commercial for Sunbelt Rentals Climate Control Service. You will be responsible for renting and selling our portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and temporary heaters within an assigned territory. The typical customer base includes commercial customers, contractors and event companies. You will cultivate existing accounts and develop new ones, and work closely with the General Tool Division and other Specialty Divisions to provide turn-key solutions utilizing Sunbelt's equipment and services. You will collaborate with Sales Representatives and Managers across the organization to maximize penetration within new and existing customer bases.

Responsibilities

• Rent and sell portable climate control equipment (air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, temporary heaters) within an assigned territory.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of existing and new customers; pursue new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the General Tool Division and other Specialty Divisions to deliver turn-key solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales Reps and Managers to maximize customer penetration.
• Build a career track and leverage skills in a challenging, entrepreneurial environment.

Physical Demands

Employment Details & Benefits

Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan. Starting pay may vary based on factors including location, education, training, and experience.
