Title : Business Intelligence Analyst 4
Location : Fully Remote ( Preference - Candidates who can work PST business hours)
Duration : 7 Months (It may extend after the budget approval)
Schedule : 40 hours / week, no overtime
Pay Rate Range : $50 to $55 / hr
Job Responsibilities
Align technology solutions with business strategies
Gather requirements and translate them for developers
Create cost-benefit and ROI analyses
Provide domain knowledge to solve business problems
Support complex business processes
Contribute to multiple projects
Act as a liaison between business units and IT
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred , but not required; MBA a plus
8-10 years relevant experience
Expertise in :
Power BI highly visual dashboards & semantic models
Advanced DAX
Multiple data sources
Basic understanding of programming
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Strong project management skills
Excellent judgment and decision-making
Ability to handle complex technical issues
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Preferences
Experience connecting Adobe CJA (Customer Journey Analytics) or similar sources to Power BI
Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, DirectLake, Notebooks / Pipelines)
Strong UX sensibility
Experience with digital marketing metrics (email, web, social, in-product) Ideal Background (Best vs Average Candidate)
8+ years building Power BI dashboards & semantic models at production scale
Experience productizing BI : alerts, subscriptions, Power BI Apps, workspace governance
Strong stakeholder communication skills
8+ years with digital marketing metrics (email, web, social, in-product)
Strong storytelling through visuals
UX sensibility : layout, color, narrative, state design Top Hard Skills (Must-Have)
8+ years : Building Power BI dashboards & semantic models at production scale
8+ years : Highly visual & interactive dashboards with advanced DAX, multi-source data
8+ years : Presenting to stakeholders-turning ambiguous questions into elegant analytical solutions
