Senior Quality Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Manager responsible for managing the Cost and Quality Initiative (CQI) Team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CQI team focused on cost initiatives and improving profitability across value-based arrangements

Analyze data to identify key areas for improvement and implement interventions for continuous quality improvement

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and enhance quality and utilization measures while closing care gaps

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5 years of experience in a healthcare environment

2 years of experience in Managed Care

2 years of prior management or supervisory experience
