Senior Program Director

Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), the Senior Director plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, overseeing technology-focused program management, and ensuring operational excellence across IT and digital functions. This role serves as a trusted advisor and operational leader, ensuring alignment between the CDO's vision and the execution of IT and business priorities.

Strategic Planning and Execution :

• Collaborate with the CDO to define and implement strategic objectives for IT and digital transformation.
• Translate the CDO's vision into actionable plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress toward IT and organizational goals.

Must be able to perform essential job duties. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each workday), hear the telephone, and enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
