    • About the Role

    The company is seeking a highly skilled Vice President, Corporate Affairs to lead our legal team in providing expert guidance on a variety of corporate and securities law issues. In this pivotal role, you will oversee corporate governance, strategic transactions, and compliance obligations as we continue to grow as a public entity. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including legal, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, marketing, and human resources, engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Managing public company compliance obligations
  • Providing securities law advice for various communications
  • Overseeing affiliate trading matters
  • Offering legal support to the Board of Directors
  • Managing subsidiary operations and overseeing securities litigation
  • Directing the corporate securities and equity operations team

    • The ideal candidate will have :

  • A JD from an accredited law school
  • 12-15+ years of experience in corporate, securities, or capital markets law, preferably with a prestigious law firm or corporate legal department
  • Deep knowledge of public company financial reporting rules and regulations
  • Excellent judgment, communication skills, and a practical, business-focused mindset
  • A strong ability to solve problems and manage outside counsel effectively
  • Preferably, in-house experience in advertising, enterprise software, internet, or high-tech companies
