What You'll Do

Own the first impression : Answer inbound calls / chats fast, with empathy and urgency.

Qualify + convert : Ask smart questions, set expectations, and close the intake to a scheduled inspection speed-to-lead is everything .

Set up the job right : Capture complete details (loss type, scope, access, decision maker, insurance info) and book the right team / timeframe.

Coordinate the handoff : Seamless transition to operations / sales; no dropped balls.

Document like a pro : Log every interaction in the CRM, clean and complete.

Improve the playbook : Spot gaps, suggest tweaks, and help us level up scripts, templates, and workflows.

What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

? Speed-to-lead : under 60 seconds on new inquiries

Qualified-to-scheduled conversion : 80%+

Data hygiene : 100% complete / accurate CRM entries

CSAT / Review mentions : positive customer feedback tied to your calls

Schedule & Location

On-site | Greater Sacramento

Full-time with occasional after-hours rotation during major events

Compensation : $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
