Trihydro Corporation is seeking a senior civil engineer to join its New Braunfels or Austin, TX office. The role sits within our Infrastructure and Natural Resources Business Unit and supports clients across many industries by delivering effective, responsive, and safe solutions. This full-time position requires approximately 40-45 hours per week and involves a blend of project management, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Developing project solutions and addressing infrastructure needs and improvements for water authorities, municipalities, and private clients.
• Mentoring project team members.
• Managing projects, coordinating with clients, preparing proposals and fee estimates.
• Performing and reviewing design calculations.
• Oversee figure preparation.
• Preparing plan sets.
• Design modeling.
• Developing construction cost estimates.
• Preparing permit applications.
• Supporting business development opportunities for a variety of infrastructure-related projects.

The salary information shown below is a general guideline ONLY. Salaries are based on candidates' experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range : $115,000 - $160,000

This position will remain open until a qualified candidate has been selected.
