Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Perform accounts payable and receivable duties, ensuring timely processing and reporting. Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in accordance with company policy. Communicate effectively with team members and external partners regarding financial inquiries. Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and streamline operations. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations. Perform any other related duties as assigned. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 2+ years of relevant accounting experience. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is required. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. 7 PTO days 5 Paid Sick Leave Days 6 Paid Holidays 401K Medical insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance, STD / LTD
