Job description

Overview

Acara Solutions is seeking a Central Region Sales Manager - Structural Steel Solutions to join our client, a leading provider of structural steel connection products, including innovative solutions such as BeamClamp, BoxBolt, and other engineered fastening systems.

  • Type : Direct Hire
  • Schedule : 100% remote with 30-40% travel across the Central Region (preferred locations : Detroit, Chicago, San Antonio, Dallas, or Houston)
  • Salary : $80,000-$85,000 base plus commission

Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth : Manage and increase sales across the Central Region, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Account Management : Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, contractors, engineers, and fabricators.
  • Business Development : Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand and diversify the customer base.
  • Technical Support : Provide guidance, product recommendations, and solutions for customer projects.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and implement regional strategies to increase product adoption and market share.
  • Collaboration : Work with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Customer Engagement : Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions.
  • Brand Promotion : Attend trade shows, regional events, and customer sites.
  • Pipeline Management : Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
  • Job Requirements

  • Required Skills / Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of successful outside sales or territory management experience , ideally in B2B or industrial sales.
  • Proven track record of new business development, account management, and revenue growth
