Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to managers and associates regarding HR, benefits, and payroll inquiries
Support various HR disciplines including payroll, associate relations, and talent management
Manage a high volume of inquiries through multiple channels and resolve issues within 24 business hours
Required Qualifications
BS / BA in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
1+ years of experience in a business, customer service, HR, or related environment
Bilingual in Spanish (read, speak, and write)
HR, Benefits, or Payroll background preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential, and time-sensitive environment
