Senior Director of Programs

A company is looking for a Senior Director, P&T Horizontal Programs & Execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead governance, standards, and execution of complex cross-functional programs within the Product & Technology organization

Direct and control activities through subordinate managers and program leads to ensure operational excellence

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights for decision-making and driving transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management

5 years in a leadership role managing a major program management function within product or engineering

Experience in developing workflows, templates, and tools for consistent delivery across business units

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Proven ability to manage project health, risks, and trends across a portfolio of technical programs
