Vice President, CIO Chief of Staff

A company is looking for a Vice President, CIO Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the CIO's right hand to translate strategic vision into executable plans and represent the CIO in strategic meetings

Own the IT OKR framework, establish service metrics / SLAs, and lead quarterly business reviews

Lead strategic MSP relationships, drive service delivery improvements, and implement governance frameworks

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience

15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with 7+ years in senior leadership roles

Proven experience leading service management, operations, and infrastructure teams

Strong track record in operational excellence, MSP management, and metrics-driven improvement

Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and large-scale IT programs
