Lead Highway Engineer

Ranked the overall #9 Best Civil Engineering Firm (of any size) to Work for in the Nation and residing on the list of the Engineering News Record (ENR)'s Top 500 Design Firms in the nation, TPD is currently hiring a Senior Highway Project Manager / Team Lead.

Our ideal candidate has 15-25 years of experience, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to work on multiple projects. Additionally, we offer a creative, flexible, supportive and fun environment!

Job Requirements

• 15-25 years of experience
• NJ PE License
• Previous experience with NJDOT, NJTPK, and / or NJTPA
• Experience working on County Projects, DRPA and DRJTBC is a bonus
• Served as a Project Manager or Highway Task Leader
• Willing to attend marketing events
• Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Driver's License

Pay Range : $115,000 - $130,000
