Key Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce developers to ensure high-quality delivery and career growth

Oversee solution design, code quality, and adherence to development best practices

Guide the team in building applications and integrations using Salesforce technologies

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce development experience across multiple projects and industries

2+ years in a leadership or people management role

Proven expertise with Salesforce development tools and technologies such as Apex and Lightning Web Components

Experience leading DevOps and release management processes, including CI / CD pipelines

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or Architect certifications are a plus
