A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate case review process for prior authorizations and provide clinical input

Synthesize treatment opinions based on evidence-based medicine

Maintain accurate records of interventions and participate in departmental projects

Required Qualifications

Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) or relevant experience

Current unrestricted licensure recognized in the United States

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical oncology setting or managed care

Proficient in evaluating oncology drug treatment decisions

Proficient in MS Office Suite
