Toll Payment Specialist

As a Toll Payment Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating smooth transactions for our customers by collecting toll payments efficiently. Your key duties will include :

• Collecting Payments : Accurately collecting payments from customers for their toll usage.
• Verifying Charges : Ensuring the correctness of toll amounts owed and making necessary adjustments for each customer.
• Maintaining Records : Keeping detailed and updated records of all cash payments received.
• Reporting Issues : Recording information about non-paying drivers and forwarding it to the appropriate department for further action.
• Calculating Charges : Making precise calculations based on the number of axles, reported vehicle weight, and freight type for tractor-trailers.
• Balancing Cash : Reconciling cash and accurately documenting money received at the end of your shift.
