Job descriptionWorking in an office and warehouse setting Answering Incoming calls Scheduling annual maintenance calls Scheduling sales appointments Dispatching technicians Date entry for parts ordering and updating customer database information Inventory control & putting away parts shipments Receiving materials and checking serial numbers Supporting field techs by occasionally delivering parts Must be able to climb on ladder Casual work environment, jeans, and closed-toe shoes 3 + years related experience in an office setting of customer service, dispatching, schedule coordinating, or combination of experience and education Stellar customer service skills Data entry, filing, and other general office duties Experience with MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, specifically Word, and Excel CRM Data base experience Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail High school Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Customer Service Specialist - HVAC Schedule Coordinator | $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Position Overview : This role serves as the first point of contact for our valued customers and plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.

Our team has 25 + years of experience in the design, installation and repair of residential and commercial heating and AC.

Compensation : $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs
Work Hours : 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
