About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing incoming service requests, ensuring efficient scheduling, communication, and resolution through coordination with internal teams and external clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate directly with customers to schedule service requests and follow-ups; receive and route incoming calls as neededReview Bluebeam Work Orders for Billing Admin team to ensure scope of work and costs are correctly captured on billings and ready for invoicing in a timely mannerCreate new work orders and manage all associated documentation for service requestsServe as the primary permit contact for all jobs and work orders, ensuring timely submissions and updatesAssist with field dispatch and ongoing communication between office and service techniciansSupport manpower scheduling when required, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for service demandsProvide assistance with purchase order creation and ongoing maintenance as neededReview Bluebeam work orders for accuracy and completeness to ensure proper billing scope and cost alignment; prepare documentation for timely invoicingMaintain organized and complete electronic and physical filing systems for service documentationPerform general administrative tasks and provide operational support to ensure service department efficiencyCarry out additional duties as assigned by Project Managers, the Admin Team, or the Service TeamIn this role, you will have the opportunity to :

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and / or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceProficient in reading and interpreting basic documents and writing standard correspondenceFluent in speaking, reading, and writing EnglishCapable of solving practical problems involving a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardizationAble to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions in real-world scenariosWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, spreadsheet software, and project management toolsNo certifications or licenses requiredOccasionally exposed to mechanical equipment and outdoor weather conditions during job dutiesWork environment typically has moderate noise, though it may varyWhy Cochran?

An employee's compensation level within the range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to geographic location, experience, relevant education, qualifications, skills, organizational needs, and performance.
