Payment Poster

A company is looking for a Payment Poster responsible for billing claims and resolving claim issues for insurances.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and correct claims for submission to the clearinghouse

Post charges and complete claims to payers in a timely manner

Analyze trends to minimize claim denials and provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum 5 years of medical billing experience

Computer proficiency with Windows-based technologies

Ability to maintain discretion and protect patient PHI

Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred
