BioTechnique is a sterile injectable full service CDMO providing cytotoxic and therapeutic sterile injectable fill-finish services. From IND applications through commercial scale production, we provide formulation and compounding, fill-finish, and lyophilization services for a wide variety of liquid injectables. The Facilities Technician I will play a crucial role in collaborating across departments to address facility-related needs and coordinate repairs, ensuring overall maintenance, functionality, and compliance for manufacturing production. Requirements
Recent graduate from a technical trade program, apprenticeship, or certification. Basic knowledge of electrical technology and tasks, HVAC systems, and other building systems and manufacturing machinery. Strong drive to learn and succeed. Strong problem-solving skills and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized and detail oriented, with strong time management skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on a team. Prior experience in facilities maintenance is a plus but not required. Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Protocols (cGMP) is a plus. This role requires one week per month, on-call. Must be able to work full-time, on-site, in York, PA.
