The Concessions Manager oversees all aspects of concession operations, ensuring efficient service, high-quality products, and a positive customer experience. This role focuses on staff management, inventory control, and maximizing sales while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operations : Manage daily setup, operation, and close-down of concession stands. Ensure equipment functionality and proper cash handling.
- Staff Management : Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise concession staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory & Cost Control : Oversee ordering, receiving, and stocking. Minimize waste and manage labor costs effectively.
- Customer Service : Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues.
- Compliance : Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Financial Performance : Monitor sales, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to revenue targets.
Qualifications :
2-5 years of food service / retail management experience, with supervisory experience.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of food safety regulations and POS systems.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
