Job descriptionOwn end-to-end strategy, execution, and reporting for Klaviyo email / SMS programs. Develop and optimize automated flows (welcome, replenishment, win-back, cross-sell, loyalty, LTV-driving). Continuously A / B test subject lines, creatives, CTAs, and send times to increase engagement and conversions. Monitor deliverability, engagement rates, CTR, and unsubscribes to maintain a healthy database. Collaborate with copy / creative teams to ensure bilingual (EN / ES) messaging aligns with brand voice and compliance. Manage a large, growing database (600K+) with a strong focus on improving open and conversion rates. Lead site promotions, bundles, PDPs, and merchandising calendars across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. Optimize product pages (titles, descriptions, cross-sells) and execute clearance / free gift mechanics. Collaborate with influencers / brand ambassadors to drive awareness and conversions. Use cohesive merchandising strategies to increase AOV and repeat purchases. Oversee CRO initiatives : banners, landing pages, pop-ups, checkout flows. Enhance site navigation, search, and mobile-first UX. Partner with dev / UX teams to improve site speed and usability. Own testing strategies to identify funnel gaps and increase conversions. Align lifecycle + e-commerce with brand campaigns and product launches. Own reporting on CAC payback, repeat purchase, and email / SMS revenue share. Partner with CX leadership to extract insights from customer data and improve loyalty initiatives. Support social commerce initiatives (e.g., TikTok Live, influencer-driven traffic). Contribute to rebranding, new product launches, and other cross-functional projects. Take a proactive role in campaign planning (3–6 months ahead) to ensure consistency and reduce reactive marketing. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred . 8+ years of digital marketing experience , with at least 5 in lifecycle / email / SMS management. Experience in CPG, health, beauty, or supplements is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Amazon, TikTok ecosystem, and CRO best practices . Demonstrated success in managing large-scale CRM databases. Bilingual Spanish / English REQUIRED . Strong analytical skills with proven ability to drive measurable results. Experience working cross-functionally in small, fast-paced teams.
Lifecycle Marketing Manager
