We're looking for a Renewals Manager to own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of high-value customer accounts. You'll play a critical role in driving retention, optimizing contract terms, and ensuring a seamless customer experience all while maintaining a Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) rate of 93% or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own the full renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of customers ($50K$100K ARR)
• Develop and execute proactive renewal and risk mitigation strategies 120+ days before contract expiry
• Analyze contracts, generate accurate renewal quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize value
• Maintain a 120-day rolling forecast and manage pipeline in Salesforce
• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with Account Managers to drive growth
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and resolve renewal-impacting issues
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Product teams
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
