We are looking for a Director, Project Services for our Deland, FL office!

(this is an in-office position when not traveling to our other offices)

Summary : This position is to direct and focus Kingspan’s approach on our Drafting and Technical services offered to our customer base. The objective is to optimize the processes, technology, quality, and service levels of our technical service and drafting outputs to an industry leading position in North America. The role requires leading and executing the vision and strategic plan to grow and elevate the drafting and technical services departments across North America ensuring that company policies and guidelines are met.

Essential Duties :

• Primary Duty - Assume leadership responsibility for all Project Services departmental activity across Kingspan Insulated Panels, including drafting, detailing, and project management for shop drawing projects
• Develop and maintain Project Service systems and procedures including continuous improvement plans and technology upgrades and enhancements.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of technical and product information throughout the organization while driving product standardization.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives for growth in all technical aspects
• Build strong customer relationships and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure the ongoing performance and cost-effectiveness of the capital and human resources to meet business and financial objectives, by establishing, measuring, and managing performance KPI’s for the team.
• Provide support to internal / external customers, architects, general contractors, wall consultants as well as sales personnel.
• Ensure staff is fully trained on SAP in order to support the key business processes
• Ensure accurate and relevant data reported while reporting on key weekly and monthly metrics
• Ensure customer orders are completed to meet delivery requirements on time in full
• Ensure full communication throughout the business Project positively the Company’s strategy and goals
• Other duties as assigned.
